About

The Futurepath Cohort brings together a small group of peers to find community, empowerment, and inspiration in a series of open and meaningful conversations. Using a balance of education and peer connection, participants will strengthen skills needed to maximize the opportunities, and minimize the impact of common obstacles, that accompany being part of a successful family.

LOGISTICS AND COMMITMENT

 We kick-off with an engaging virtual event on a Friday evening and Saturday morning,followed by eleven virtual group video calls, which will be held on various Tuesday evenings across two semesters. The group calls are supplemented by three individual coaching sessions. The cohort program tends to add more to your “to-think-about” list rather than your to-do list. That said, you can expect to dedicate about 3-4 hours each month towards the program, including group calls and assignments.
